We are a manufacturer, not a trading company that repacks someone else's patches. The hydrocolloid is coated on our own line, the adhesive is our own formulation, and the die is cut in-house. That is why the patch you approve in a sample is the patch that comes off the mass-production line.

For a buyer, the real risk in switching acne patch suppliers is material drift: 0.02 mm of extra thickness, a backing film with different MVTR, an adhesive that lifts after eight hours on oily skin. We publish these parameters as typical values from current production and confirm them lot by lot, so a repeat order behaves like the first one.

From enquiry to delivery

A standard project runs through five stages. You always know which one you are in.

Brief

Patch type, size, actives, packing, target market and expected volume. A photo of your current product saves a week.

Sample

We build against your spec sheet — material, cut, thickness — and send physical samples in 1 day with the parameters written down.

Validation

You test on skin, check the box and dieline, and confirm the signed specification that mass production will follow.

Production

Coating, die-cutting, packing and inspection in-house, about 1 week after sample approval, with in-process checks recorded against the approved spec.

Delivery

Cartons, pallets, shipping documents and a retention sample kept on file for the next repeat order.

Buyer questions

Our standard minimum is 10,000 patches per SKU. That covers a plain patch in a stock sachet as well as a printed box, provided the artwork and die exist. Below that, setup cost — not material cost — starts to dominate, so smaller trial runs are quoted case by case rather than promised as standard.

Lab samples are ready in 1 day once the specification is confirmed — material, thickness, die and actives. Mass production runs about 1 week after you approve the sample. Freight is on top of that and depends on destination and mode; we quote it with the order.

Send physical samples and the packing. We measure thickness, adhesion and dimensions, then tell you honestly whether we can match it or whether the material needs re-engineering to hit the same feel.

Yes. Bulk poly bags and unprinted sachets are standard options for brand owners who pack in their own facility.

Salicylic acid, tea tree oil, centella asiatica and niacinamide are the common requests. Actives change the adhesive and stability behaviour, so they are sampled rather than simply added to a stock patch.

A signed specification sheet, packing list, commercial invoice and MSDS. Material and test statements are provided on request; regulated claims depend on your market and registration route, so we confirm them before printing.
