Private Label Acne Patches — Your Shape, Your Actives, Your Box
A stock patch with your logo on the sachet is the cheapest option. A patch designed for your brand — die, thickness, actives, box — is what builds repeat purchase.
A factory, not a repacker
Private label usually means one of two things, and buyers mix them up. The first is light customisation: a stock patch, your artwork on the pouch, your barcode on the back. It is fast and cheap. The second is real product design: your own die line, your thickness, your active, a box built around your shelf position.
We do both, and we will tell you which one your project actually needs. If you are testing a market, light customisation gets you to shelf faster. If you are building a brand that will be reordered, the die and the specification are the asset — that is the part a competitor cannot copy from a photo.
The seven answers buyers ask for first
Where your brand shows up
Each line is a real production decision with a cost and a lead-time implication. We will price them separately so you can choose.
| Patch shape | Standard shapes at no die cost, or a dedicated die line for your brand |
| Patch size | Any size within the die; mixed sizes per sheet or per box |
| Patch colour | Transparent, skin tone, matte, or tinted to your palette |
| Actives | Salicylic acid, tea tree, centella, niacinamide — sampled per formula |
| Patch print | Logo or pattern printed on the patch itself, not just the pouch |
| Pouch / sachet | Printed sachet with your artwork, bilingual text and barcode |
| Box | Printed carton with window, insert or booklet; dieline supplied for approval |
| Format | 12, 24, 36 dot counts and up, or your own count per pack |
| Label compliance | Text and claims proofed against your market before print |
| Bulk option | Ship unprinted bulk to your own packing facility |
How a private label project runs
The artwork is only one step. The parts that decide whether the product works are the die, the thickness and the actives.
Brand brief
Shelf position, target consumer, price band, market and claim limits. A competitor sample is the fastest brief.
Dieline & proof
We issue the die drawing and packaging dieline; you place artwork on a template that will actually print correctly.
Pilot run
A short run on production equipment, so the sample reflects real conditions rather than a hand-made bench piece. Lab sample in 1 day.
Mass production
Run against the approved specification, with in-process checks and a retention sample kept.
Repeat orders
Your die, specification and artwork stay on file, so the second order skips straight to production.
Private label checks buyers forget
These are the failure points that show up after the container lands, not before. We raise them before printing.
- Barcode and carton marking match the retailer's requirement
- Label text, ingredient naming and claims valid for the destination market
- Pantone match confirmed on the actual substrate, not on screen
- Blisters and sachets seal-checked, not just visually inspected
- Dot count per pack verified against the label
- Retention sample signed and stored for the next run
Send your current product, or just the idea
A physical sample is ideal, a drawing works, and a written brief is enough to start. We quote against your market and claim limits.
