HORPULSE Care
Silicone Gel Scar Care
Flatten, soften, fade — the sheet that works while you sleep.
What it is, and why we build it this way
A silicone scar sheet does one thing well: it holds a controlled moisture balance over the scar and keeps tension off the tissue while it remodels. No actives, no fragrance, no friction — just medical-grade silicone held flat against skin for as long as the wearer will tolerate. The engineering is all in the sheet: adhesion that stays put for a week without pulling on healing tissue, edges that do not lift at the corner, and a thickness that drapes over a curved abdomen instead of creasing. We coat the silicone ourselves, on the same lines that make our hydrocolloid barriers.
Three layers, one job: stay flat and stay put
Every layer exists for a reason. Change one and you change how the product behaves on skin — that is where our engineering starts.
Typical construction. Layer count, thickness and materials adjustable per programme.
Parameters you can put in a technical file

How to read this table
Values marked “typical” describe our current production capability, not a guaranteed lot result — final specification is confirmed after sampling. Items in square brackets are pending confirmation on the line; we do not dress an unconfirmed number up as a commitment.
Standard references are a starting point
Most buyers end up with a modified construction rather than a catalogue item. Open any model to carry its code into the enquiry.
Price, MOQ, packing & lead time
We publish what we can commit to. Anything not confirmed stays in brackets rather than filled with a number we cannot stand behind.
