Hydrocolloid Roll Supplier — Jumbo Rolls, Slit Rolls and Coated Sheet
Hydrocolloid and adhesive-coated material in jumbo roll, slit roll or sheet — width to 1,000 mm, 0.30–1.50 mm, 200–500 m per roll, lot and roll numbers marked.
A factory, not a repacker
Buyers of rolls are not buying a product, they are buying the input to their own line. What matters is not a datasheet headline but consistency: coat weight across the full width, liner release that does not change halfway through a run, and winding tension that lets the roll unwind without telescoping.
We coat, laminate and slit in one plant, so a trial roll and a production roll come off the same line. If you are developing a construction, start with a trial roll and a CoA; if you already know your specification, send it and we quote against it.
The seven answers buyers ask for first
What you can specify
Send your current specification and we confirm each row before quoting.
| Substrate | PET or PU film, nonwoven, or laminate per construction |
| Coating | Hydrocolloid 20–300 g/m²; medical PSA on request |
| Finished thickness | 0.30–1.50 mm, tolerance stated per construction |
| Width | Up to 1,000 mm master; slit from 3 mm |
| Winding | Tension-controlled, splice-free length stated |
| Liner | PE or PET liner, release level to your converting line |
| Core | 76 mm or 152 mm, printed core label |
| Packing | Pallet, stretch wrap, desiccant on request |
| Documents | CoA per lot, MSDS, material statement, roll map |
From enquiry to delivery
A trial roll is the fastest way to settle a specification.
Spec
Substrate, coat weight, thickness, width, roll length and liner.
Trial roll
A short run on production equipment, with CoA and a roll map.
Line trial
You run it on your converting line; we adjust release or tension if needed.
Order
Width, length and packing fixed; schedule confirmed in writing.
Ship
Roll-by-roll weight and length record, CoA attached, export packing.
What we check before it ships
Rolls are judged on the converting line, not in the warehouse. These are the checks that predict how it will run.
- Coat weight sampled edge to edge
- Thickness profile across and along the roll
- Liner release force at start and end of roll
- Winding tension and roll hardness
- Splice count and length record
- Packaging and pallet audit
Send your current product, or just the idea
A physical sample is ideal, a drawing works, and a written brief is enough to start. We quote against your market and claim limits.
