Ostomy Pouch Manufacturer — One-Piece, Two-Piece and OEM Supply
Hydrocolloid barriers from 0.8 to 1.2 mm, EVOH odour film, cut-to-fit range 15–60 mm, optional validated EO sterilisation — built to your market's registration route.
A factory, not a repacker
An ostomy pouch is the hardest thing we make. It has to hold on skin that is wet, moving and often uneven, and it has to do it without warning. Failure rarely happens in the bag; it happens at the barrier edge, at three in the morning, on a person who then stops trusting the product.
So we spend the engineering where failure happens: barrier adhesion and erosion under output, cut-to-fit accuracy, and odour film gauge. We publish the parameters we can prove, and we will not write a claim into your artwork that the certificate pack does not support.

From enquiry to delivery
Medical projects take longer at the front and shorter at the back. We plan it that way.
Brief & market
Pouch type, stoma range, market and the registration route you are on.
Construction
Barrier, film, filter and closure proposed against your sample or spec.
Sample
Pilot samples for wear and fit evaluation, with parameters recorded.
Validation
Process parameters fixed, sterilisation cycle validated where required.
Mass run
Scheduled production with lot traceability, CoA per lot and export packing.
What we check before it ships
For a medical device the record matters as much as the test. Ask for both.
- Barrier thickness and adhesive coat weight
- Cut-ring print accuracy and die dimension
- Pouch seal strength, all seams
- Leak test on finished pouch
- Filter function and odour check
- Sterilisation record and lot linkage
Send your current product, or just the idea
A physical sample is ideal, a drawing works, and a written brief is enough to start. We quote against your market and claim limits.
