A factory, not a repacker
A film fails in three places: at the joint when the arm bends, at the edge when the tattoo weeps, and on removal when it leaves adhesive behind. All three trace back to the same two variables — adhesive coat weight and moisture vapour transmission rate — plus how the edge is cut.
We coat the adhesive and laminate the TPU ourselves, then slit or die-cut in the same plant. That lets us tune tack for a 3–7 day wear rather than sell one generic film in several pack sizes. Tell us the tattoo size, the body area and the wear time you want to claim.
