Silicone Gel Scar Sheet Manufacturer — Custom Size, Thickness and Private Label
Medical-grade PDMS gel sheet from 0.3 to 0.5 mm, die-cut to your size and packed under your brand. Coating, curing and converting run on our own lines in Zhejiang, China.
A factory, not a repacker
A scar sheet is not tape. There is no added adhesive: the cross-linked silicone gel conforms to the scar surface, holds by surface contact, and can be washed and reused for two to four weeks. That means the two things deciding whether a sheet performs are invisible in a product photo — how completely the gel is cured, and how even the thickness is across the whole sheet.
We coat and cure in-house, so both are process variables we control rather than parameters we buy from someone else. Thickness is held at ±0.02 mm, cure is checked for transfer after every run, and the die is cut to your drawing. Send us the sheet you sell today; we will match it or tell you where it can be improved.

From enquiry to delivery
Five stages, and you always know which one you are in.
Brief
Scar type, target market, sheet size, thickness, packing and expected volume.
Sample
We cut against your drawing and send physical samples with thickness and gel data written down.
Confirm
You test on skin and in the pack. We adjust softness, thickness or edge before the run.
Mass run
Coating, curing, die-cutting and packing in one schedule, with lot numbers on every carton.
Ship
Packing audit, photo record and documents issued before the carton leaves.
What we check before it ships
These are the controls buyers usually ask to see. Ask for them at quotation stage and we confirm what applies to your construction.
- Incoming PDMS lot identity and viscosity
- Coating weight and cured thickness across the sheet
- Cure check — no gel transfer to the liner
- Die dimension and edge quality
- Liner peel force, by hand and by instrument
- Packing and label audit before sealing
Send your current product, or just the idea
A physical sample is ideal, a drawing works, and a written brief is enough to start. We quote against your market and claim limits.
